Why do we process your personal data?

At ITERATION we process the information you provide us in order to offer you the RADARBOT services described in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Through our advertising partners, we can also offer you advertising according to the information that you provide or we collect through the use of RADARBOT.

How do we collect your data?

You provide the data when you register or use RADARBOT.

When you use any of the services offered by RADARBOT, information is collected regarding the use thereof and the device on which it is installed.

Another data controller provides us your information so you can use our services.

All the collected information is used to maintain and improve the quality of the provided service. Thanks to this information, RADARBOT can offer customised services, improve the app and solve operating errors. We also use your information to communicate with you through messages containing information about updates, promotions or news pertaining to the app.

In the event you do not approve our requests to use some or all of your personal data, it is possible that some of the functions or services of RADARBOT may not be available.

How long do we store your data?

The personal data provided shall be stored according to the following principles:

• Because we have a contract in force with you.

Who will we send your data to?

• Identifying data: Common personal data may include personal identification data, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, photograph, date of birth, IP address and other similar information classified as basic.
• Browsing data: These data are sent anonymously so they cannot be traced back to the identifying data. The data we collect include: latitude, longitude, time, GPS accuracy, speed and direction of movement.
• Usage data: These data are sent anonymously to improve the services we provide. We collect the following data: the location where the app is downloaded, frequency of app use, time of use, device type and model, unique identifiers, language, operating system version and battery use. We also collect information on malfunction and performance reports.

To help us improve our service we collect the following information on an anonymous basis: Operating System, BluetoothName, Carrier Code (Android only), Carrier Name, Sim Code, Charging Status, Device Model, Device Manufacturer, Country, Locale, Bundle ID, Date & time, SSID (network), BSSID (network), Latitude, Longitude, Accuracy (GPS), Scanned networks. In addition to helping us to measure the usage of our app this anonymous information is shared with third parties for their business purposes, including the creation of reports, market, scientific and statistical research and trend analysis. One of these third parties is Huq, data shared does not contain information from which users can be identified and we will not provide additional information to such third parties that enables such third parties to identify you. Are your data processed outside the EU?

If ITERATION’s processors, technological partners or advertising partners process information outside the EU, such data would fall under the “Privacy Shield”, binding corporate regulations and contractual clauses. What are your rights when you provide us data?

Everyone has the right to receive confirmation as to whether ITERATION is processing their personal data.

• Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of any inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request same be omitted when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
• Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request the processing of their data be limited, in which case we will only store same for filing or defending against claims.
• Under certain circumstances and for reasons pertaining to their specific situation, data subjects may oppose the processing of their data. ITERATION will cease to process the data, except where there are compelling legitimate reasons and for filing or defending against potential claims.

• Right to data portability.
