Radarbot Privacy Policy
Last update: February , 2026
At Radarbot, we take your privacy very seriously. This Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, with whom it may be shared in certain cases, and what controls and rights you have as a user.
Radarbot complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with the applicable privacy policies and requirements of the platforms where the application is distributed, including Google Play, Apple App Store, and other official stores.
This Policy applies to the use of Radarbot in the mobile application and, where applicable, to our websites. If you interact with us through social networks (for example, comments or messages), the data you provide on those platforms is governed by the privacy policy of the corresponding social network.
This Policy is also available from within the application at: Settings > Privacy Policy.
The use of Radarbot is also subject to our Terms and Conditions. For matters related to community contributions, security, and usage rules, this Policy is interpreted in a complementary manner together with the applicable Terms and Conditions.

2. What data Radarbot collects
2.1 Account and contact data
Radarbot may process: email address (if provided by the user or used for login) and communications with support.
Purpose: account management, customer support, and service-related communications.
Marketing: Radarbot may send promotions or personalized offers only if the user has given explicit
consent. Radarbot does not share email addresses with third parties for advertising purposes.
2.2 Technical identifiers
Radarbot uses technical identifiers associated with the device or installation. These are necessary to provide the core service, maintain preferences, improve the application, prevent fraud, and ensure system security and integrity.
2.3 Technical device data
We may collect device model and manufacturer, operating system version, language/region settings, and Radarbot version.
Purpose: compatibility, stability, and service improvement.
2.4 App usage data
We may collect general information such as usage frequency, number of sessions, interaction with features, and subscription status.
Purpose: improve Radarbot and manage associated services.
2.5 Location data
Radarbot may collect real-time GPS location only if the user authorizes it, for real-time alerts, GPS navigation services, and traffic warnings while driving. The user can disable this permission from the device settings.
2.6 Routes and GPS navigation history
Radarbot may process information related to routes, trips, and destinations entered or saved by the user.
Purpose: improve navigation, detect traffic jams, alerts, and overall user experience.
2.7 Saved destinations
Radarbot may allow saving frequent locations such as Home, Work, or Favorites.
Purpose: enable quick navigation.
2.8 Network quality and service stability
Radarbot prioritizes ensuring that you continue receiving radar alerts reliably and immediately, even without an
internet connection or in areas with limited coverage. To ensure this technical efficiency, the Application may
collect and process network performance metrics, such as:
- Signal strength and coverage: mobile network reception levels at your location.
- Data performance: latency, download speed, and transmission measurements to optimize real-time alert delivery.
- Connection type: identification of the network technology used (e.g., 4G, 5G, or Wi-Fi).
- Device information: device model used to adapt App performance to its technical capabilities, without accessing unique identifiers (such as IMEI or IDFA).
This data is processed in a technical, aggregated, and strictly anonymous manner. Radarbot does not use this information to personally identify users or create advertising profiles.
If collaborating with technology partners to analyze these metrics, such collaboration is governed by strict confidentiality agreements and full GDPR compliance.
2.9 Push notifications
Radarbot uses a technical token to send functional notifications and promotional communications only with consent.
2.10 Voluntarily provided profile data
The user may optionally provide information such as alias, first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender,
driver/use type, vehicle type, and profile picture.
Purpose: personalize the experience, adapt features, and send personalized communications only with consent.
2.11 Gamification and activity data
Radarbot may store kilometers driven, achievement status, and in-app progress.
Purpose: improve the user experience.
2.12 Community contribution data (reports)
Radarbot may process data submitted by users when making reports or contributions (for example, radar alerts, incidents,
or other warnings), together with minimal technical data necessary to validate, moderate, and improve service quality.
Purpose: maintain map integrity, reduce false reports, improve driving experience, and alert reliability.
These contributions are integrated into the system in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Where applicable, pseudonymization and/or anonymization techniques will be applied.
3. How we obtain your data
We obtain your data primarily from information provided by the user, data generated through the use of Radarbot, and external providers. All collected information is used to maintain and improve service quality. If you do not authorize the use of some or all personal data for which consent is requested, certain Radarbot features or services may not be available.
4. Map and traffic service improvements
Radarbot may collect mobility data during driving (GPS positions, approximate speed, heading, accuracy, and timestamps)
to improve navigation and alerts.
Radarbot may link this data to a technical session or installation identifier to connect route points. These identifiers
are pseudonymized and not directly associated with data such as name, email address, or other sensitive information.
This data may be shared with specialized map, navigation, and traffic service providers solely to improve the services
Radarbot offers to users.
Where applicable, this data may later be irreversibly anonymized for statistical and service improvement purposes.
Once anonymized, it cannot be used to re-identify the user.
5. Community quality, Trust Score, and anti-abuse measures
Radarbot may apply mechanisms to protect service integrity and community safety, including reputation or reliability
systems (for example, Trust Score) related to report accuracy and usage behavior.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (security, fraud/abuse prevention, service integrity) and, where applicable,
contract performance.
These mechanisms may affect the visibility or weight of certain contributions and, in cases of abuse, may result in usage
restrictions (for example, feature limitations or account suspension). Where such decisions are based on automated or
semi-automated processing, the user may request a review and submit objections through the channels
indicated in this Policy.
6. Who we share your data with
Radarbot does not sell personally identifiable data nor share sensitive profile information with third parties for
third-party marketing campaigns. Data is only shared with providers necessary to operate Radarbot, deliver the service,
or when authorized by the user.
We select providers based on privacy and security criteria and only grant access to the data required to deliver their
services, under GDPR-compliant contractual agreements.

optimize features, and prevent global incidents.
Radarbot configures these services to minimize data processing and avoid advertising identifiers whenever possible.
Advanced features involving extended data usage or identifiers are enabled only with consent. Firebase Analytics
and AppsFlyer may also operate in anonymized modes where applicable.
6.3 Limited technical correlation between services
To properly operate Radarbot, measure campaigns, manage subscriptions, or provide support, certain technical identifiers may be limitedly correlated between providers (for example, attribution, messaging, or billing), always under contractual agreements, data minimization principles, and user consent where applicable.
6.4 Advertising and mediation partners
Radarbot may display advertisements to fund the service, using advertising platforms and mediation partners. These platforms may process, when available and always in accordance with the user’s consent preferences:

- When the user consents, personalize the advertising shown based on their interests.
- Personalized advertising: will only be activated if the user has provided explicit consent through the privacy panel.

Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

to manage Premium feature access, resolve billing issues, and, where applicable, display subscription-related offers in
line with user preferences.

6.10 Security and fraud prevention
Google Play Integrity / Firebase App Check: abuse prevention.
These mechanisms verify the integrity of the execution environment (for example, that the App has not been tampered
with or fraudulently automated) and help prevent service abuse. Only minimal technical signals necessary for security
purposes are processed.
