⚠️ IMPORTANT (local laws): We provide versions in different languages for your better understanding, but please remember that each country is governed by its own local laws and regulations. Those rules shall apply when you use the Service in that country. For example, in some countries radar warning systems or certain features are not permitted. If this is your case, it is your responsibility to disable alerts or features that breach local legislation. We recommend that you verify the regulations of the country in which you are located before using the Service.

Privacy Policy: www.radarbot.com/privacy. The free version of the service may include advertising, processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and your consent preferences.

  • radar warnings and other driving-related alerts,
  • real-time traffic alerts and information,
  • navigation guidance and assistance,
  • Premium features (if you choose to subscribe).

Traffic conditions and the location of certain alerts (for example, mobile radars) are dynamic. The Service is provided on a "best efforts" basis.

3. RULES OF USE OF THE SERVICE

To protect road safety, service quality, and the community, by using Radarbot you agree to:

  • Priority of the road: traffic signs and orders from authorities always prevail over the App.
  • Safe driving: keep your attention on driving and do not manually handle the phone while driving. We recommend approved mounts and voice commands.
  • Legal compliance: respect the laws and regulations of the country where you use the Service (including the legality of radar warning systems and related features).
  • Legitimate use: do not use the Service to circumvent road safety or to facilitate dangerous conduct.
  • Prohibition of sensitive content: it is not permitted to report alcohol and/or drug checks or other checks that may put other users or public safety at risk.
  • System integrity: do not modify, alter, clone, decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App, nor use altered versions.
  • Respect for the community: do not submit false, malicious, or sabotage-intended reports.

If we detect use contrary to these Conditions, we may restrict features, suspend, or block the account, as described in these Conditions.

4. SERVICE QUALITY AND COMMUNITY PROTECTION

To maintain the reliability of information and the safety of the community, Radarbot may apply technical and organizational mechanisms aimed at:

  • reducing false or malicious reports,
  • prioritizing information considered more reliable,
  • preventing abusive uses of the Service.

Basic transparency (without revealing manipulable details)

Without going into technical detail, some factors that may influence how a contribution is displayed or validated include, for example:

  • confirmations or matches with information provided by other drivers,
  • consistency of the report with the traffic and location context,
  • usage patterns compatible with safe and normal use of the Service.

The technical details of these mechanisms are not made public in order to prevent system manipulation.

5. MISUSE AND SERVICE PROTECTION MEASURES

To protect the reliability of information, road safety, and the community experience, Radarbot may adopt measures against misuse of the Service.

The following, among others, are considered misuse:

  • repeated submission of false or malicious reports,
  • attempts to sabotage the alert system,
  • the use of tampered versions of the App,
  • any use that seriously degrades the Service or puts other users at risk.
Depending on the seriousness, recurrence, and circumstances of the case, Radarbot may apply proportionate measures, which may include:
  • temporary limitations of certain features,
  • restrictions on the submission of reports,
  • temporary suspension of access to the Service,
  • or, in particularly serious cases, permanent cancellation of the account.

How we apply these measures (due process, where possible)

  • Notification: when reasonably possible, we will inform you of the measure and the general reason.
  • Review: you may request a review through support@iteration-mobile.com, providing any information you consider relevant.
  • Exceptions: in certain cases, we may limit information or act without prior notice if necessary for legal reasons, for security, to prevent fraud, or to protect the community.

These measures aim to protect the Service and the community. None of the foregoing limits any non-waivable rights that may apply to you as a consumer, where applicable.

6. NATURE OF CONTRIBUTIONS

By reporting a radar or submitting contributions, the user grants Radarbot a worldwide license to integrate such information into its system. This collaborative contribution does not grant the user any ownership or co-ownership rights over the resulting database, which belongs entirely and exclusively to ITERATION.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENT, AND BILLING (PREMIUM)

Radarbot may offer a paid version (Premium) and/or specific promotions or discounts whose conditions will be shown in the App. Subscriptions and purchases are generally managed through the store (marketplace) from which you install the App (for example, Google Play or Apple App Store).

  • Payments: charging and renewal are carried out in accordance with the conditions of the corresponding store and your subscription settings.
  • Invoices: if you need an invoice, you must normally request it from the store where you made the purchase, in accordance with its processes.
  • Fraud prevention: Iteration will not request your complete billing data through unofficial channels. If you provide data to third parties impersonating Iteration, you will do so at your own risk.

Deleting the account or uninstalling the App does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by the store. You must cancel it from the corresponding store.

8. REQUIREMENTS TO USE RADARBOT

To use Radarbot you must:

  • be of the minimum legal age required to drive (according to the country or territory where you use the Service),
  • have a compatible device and an operating system version supported by the App,
  • accept these Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

If we detect that an account belongs to a person who does not meet the minimum legal age required to drive in their territory, we may adopt protective measures, including cancellation of the account, without undue delay. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor is using Radarbot, please write to us at dpd@iteration-mobile.com.

9. USER OBLIGATIONS

  • Use the Service in accordance with applicable legislation and these Conditions.
  • Keep the App reasonably updated to ensure compatibility and security.
  • In the case of a Premium subscription, keep payment up to date to enjoy its features.

10. SERVICE AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The Service depends on external factors (for example, GPS signal, connectivity, device availability, dynamic traffic information, and user reports). Therefore, Radarbot is provided on a "best efforts" basis and may contain errors or omissions.

  • Driving: the user is solely responsible for complying with speed limits and traffic regulations. Radarbot does not replace the driver's judgment.
  • Fines, penalties, or accidents: Iteration is not responsible for penalties, fines, or accidents arising from the user's driving or improper use of the Service.
  • Availability: the Service may suffer interruptions, maintenance, temporary degradation, or unavailability due to technical or third-party causes.
  • Force majeure: Iteration shall not be liable for breaches due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including (by way of example) failures of the network, providers, positioning satellites, the device, or general internet restrictions.

None of the foregoing limits any non-waivable rights that may apply to you as a consumer, where applicable.

11. DURATION, OPT-OUT, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

The relationship with Iteration is maintained while you use the Service. You may stop using Radarbot at any time by uninstalling the App. Account and data deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Iteration may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Conditions are breached or if there is fraudulent, abusive use or use that puts the community at risk, as described in these Conditions.

In the context of the use of Radarbot, Iteration may process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You can consult it here: www.radarbot.com/privacy.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Iteration may update these Terms to adapt them to legal, technical, or Service changes. If the change is significant, we will notify it through reasonable means (for example, within the App or on our website). Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. PARTIAL INVALIDITY

If any clause of these Terms is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall affect only that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the rest of the Terms remaining in force in all other respects.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and, without prejudice to the rights that may apply to you as a consumer or user, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
